Edelway is a pan-european IT Recruitment Company. Our global client is now looking for a PMO analyst to join their team in Barcelona area for a permanent contract.

Start date: ASAP

YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or IT
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Project Management / PMO Management area applying successfully Project and Project Portfolio Management principles, methodologies and tools on IT projects (ideally on large scale IT programs or projects as part of consulting services)
• Experience in SAP Project Management is request.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience working for a global, multi-national organization in geographically dispersed teams
• Solid on-the-job experience with at least one leading Project Management and/or Project Portfolio Management solution (Workfront, Clarizen, Changepoint, MS, CA, Planview, SAP, HP,etc.) and its administration
• Proficiency in English language skills, Spanish appreciated

YOUR ROLE:
• You will work as part of the Support the Project Management & Project Portfolio Management capabilities of the IT organization
• Create and maintain PM assets (standards, methods, tools, templates)
• Support the development and the delivery of PM trainings and e-learnings and the build-up of a PM knowledge repository
• Administer the main PMO tools and implement continuous improvements to them
• Support project data entry, perform regular data reviews
• Support the IT resource capacity, design and delivery of project portfolio, financial reporting and demand forecasting process
• Coordinate project resource on-boarding and roll-offs, briefing new resources on the usage of PMO tools and processes
• Provide PMO services to IT Programs and Projects
• Provide coaching and support on PMO standards & tools to PMs
• Deliver PM administrative tasks as services to the PMs: project status reporting, schedule maintenance, contractor onboarding, budget tracking & financial accruals, PPM tool data entry, project team collaboration site administration, project governance meeting support
