Tasks

- Resolve issues and problems for live units in S/4Hana, specifically within the SAP PM module

- Provide 2nd and 3rd level production support services globally

- Deliver functional solutions in SAP projects and ensure stable business process continuation

- Manage service and change requests efficiently

- Work independently on complex project assignments and guide developers and testers

- Offer high-focus business support during critical activities like period-end closing and manufacturing

- Design, configure, test, and train business solutions in collaboration with the solution/architect team

- Participate in hyper care and support transitions from project teams

- Propose proactive system improvements and preventive business process support

- Collaborate closely with business support departments to translate requirements into feasible solutions

- Maintain close working relationships with technical, solution delivery, architect, analytics, basis, and authorization teams

- Continuously suggest business and process-related improvements

- Maintain process documentation for problem, incident, and change management

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years SAP Plant Maintenance experience

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

- Deep understanding of business processes related to SAP applications and modules

- Expert SAP knowledge with configuration and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with SAP implementation and post-live support in a multinational environment

- Debugging experience is a plus

- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
