Leading multinational company end client is looking for a SAP HR Senior Consultant for their office in Madrid
Position Summary: The position is responsible for delivering any development and maintain SAP within Human Resource Area
Implement new functionalities or make requested changes by business in SAP within Corporate Human Resource area. Including Travel and Expenses Management application (Concur).
Support HR department (Corporate and Countries) during day to day activities.
Gather business requirements and translate to SAP functional and technical design and when appropriate build and test the solution and coordinate with business user testing and user acceptance test.
Manage and deliver assigned small SAP changes (HR area).
When appropriate manage and lead SAP projects either delivery with internal and/or external resources following methodologies, policies and procedures.
Minimum 6 years of experiences in SAP HR. SAP certification in HR. Some knowledge in i-docs. Able to debug ABAP programs. Process and workflow definition. SAP Change Management. Concur T&E Management Knowledge and experience is a plus. English fluent
Strong project management skills. Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology. Training and understanding of project domain.
Good capabilities to understand business and user needs and requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships throughout different countries and cultures. Multi-cultural adaptability.
Must be self-motivated and able to manage own time effectively and efficiently.
Good Communications skills. Able to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments.
