Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Back Office Systems team as a SAP HR Analyst, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing operations within the SAP HR team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget as well as participating in a multi-skilled customer focused team of internal and external resources.
As an SAP HR Analyst within TUI Destination Experiences, you will be participating in the SAP IT HR team and provide support to the SAP HR Manager in helping define the IT strategy for SAP HR.
Related to project work, you will support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business process and systems. You will focus on the more technical aspects of the projects, like data migration, integration, coordination and participation in development work. You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will co-ordinate detailed activities in implementing and configuring applications and ensuring the integration with other processes / teams.
Your responsibility for managing SAP IT HR comprises coordinating detailed activities in design, enhancement and maintenance of the applications. You will manage the operational relationship with external providers in respect to planning, execution and quality control.
Ultimately, a pro-active and prompt interaction with the end-user community is of vital importance to the success of the team.
