• Support & Liaison: Provide first-level support for SuccessFactors-SAP interface issues and second-level support for SuccessFactors data problems.
• Collaboration: Act as the IT bridge between local HR teams and central IT, ensuring seamless communication.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, particularly with Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP, along with skills in ABAP, Fiori, and SAP HANA.
• Experience working in an agile and international environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to manage relationships between technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.
