This is a key opportunity to lead Salesforce training and support programs, aimed at growing our internal employee knowledgebase around Salesforce, as well as related applications.

Descripción de la oferta

* Design and lead programs that build knowledge, develop, enhance functional competencies, and expand and share the internal knowledge across functions.
* Sales training, management development, and new hire assimilation.
* Manage and conduct Salesforce launches and regular update courses to all employees and other key stakeholders to ensure understanding of use and functionality.
* Maintain an up-to-date and accurate training database for all employee training hours, all user licenses that require Salesforce training.
* Assist in implementing a Learning Management System (LMS).
* Plan time and activities to ensure the achievement of company training initiatives and objectives.
* Analyze the training tasks to be completed and determine the priority of individual training assignments.
* Prepare professional training videos, presentations and procedures for each feature improvement.
* Manage and conduct Salesforce training courses to all newly hired or promoted sales team members to ensure understanding of Salesforce.
* Effectively use all training resources to prepare Sales Representatives to plan, record, and take full advantage of the native platform functionality.
* Assist employees with all Salesforce related online training sites.
* Develop and communicate regional training schedule of courses.
* Assist management, throughout the organization, with the development of their user adoption and growth in using the system functionality.
