This is a fantastic opportunity for a support person to develop great consulting and project management skills for a growing start-up company in the workforce management software space. This particular role will give you the chance to work on the Salesforce platform allowing you to enhance your Salesforce skill set and add to your Salesforce certifications. This position is suitable for IT/Computer Science graduates and/or candidates with 2-3 years’ relevant experience.

As a support person, you are the first port of call for Sirenum’s clients and users.
You will need to understand the client system usage patterns and professionally address the issues, requests or questions that they ask. You’ll need to analyse the source of the issues, and the best solution method. You’ll also be required to author documented solutions and guides to assist users use the system in a smart way.
The role requires deep understanding of Salesforce and Sirenum, combined with technical skills, customer facing skills and training abilities.
Success in this position will equally depend on your customer service capabilities as your IT knowledge. Open communications and effective interaction with your colleagues will require you to be a good team player.
