Do you want to design technical architecture solution that span multiple platforms and include integration & authentication across systems? Do you want to articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits and recommendation for technical architecture?

Responsibilities

- understand the full extent of our solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture
- Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including security, integration, data migration and other solution components.
- Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with the functional team to apply best approach to implement a solution (declarative vs. programmatic vs. AppExchange etc..)
- Implement and be an advocate best practices with both the development and functional teams
- Be the subject matter expert to further support the functional team with the scoping, definition and technical requirements
- Lead proof of concept and technical solutions
- Make recommendations on the overall CRM strategy
- Apply agile development practice



Requirements

- Experience in creating technical architecture & documentation meeting complex business requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce experience in designing solutions, configuring & developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code
- Experience with data integration tools integrating Salesforce with business systems - Leveraging the strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for the CRM platform
- Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and best practices
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator other Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ
- Ability to communicate complex technical solution to non-technical business users (including sales, service and marketing)
- Fluent in English
