Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer – Agile Testing & Automation
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – occasional on-site presence at La Muñoza)

Description:
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, worked closely with development teams to define and execute comprehensive testing
strategies across the Agile development lifecycle. Played a key role in manual and automated testing processes,
collaborating with developers to ensure product quality and visibility at the end of each sprint through demos and
ongoing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and review testing strategies aligned with Agile Testing Quadrants and the Testing Pyramid
• Collaborate with development teams to implement tests across various environments (unit, acceptance,
contract, end-to-end, UI, accessibility, load, performance, synthetic)
• Conduct detailed reviews of test cases created by development teams
• Perform manual and automated testing with 95% coverage in manual execution
• Lead QA sprint demos to validate deliverables and gather feedback
• Contribute to overall quality assurance processes in a hybrid Agile environment

Technologies Used:
• Core Tools: Cypress, Salesforce Inspector, Visual Studio Code
• Methodologies: Agile, Testing Pyramid, Continuous Integration

Requirements:
• Strong QA foundation with emphasis on Salesforce platforms
• Experience in both manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with Agile testing frameworks and demo-driven development cycles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in hybrid settings with some on-site presence
