The Salesforce Marketing Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce Marketing system. Working closely with service teams, program management and marketing staff, the administrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The role will include the development and support of the email and messaging campaigns. Creating not only the templates but the workflows to ensure the right communications are sent.
• Experience in Salesforce Support Administration|Home Office
• Core Skills:
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Up-to-date knowledge of SF Marketing Cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Contribute in period team meetings providing opinion and status updates.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred
• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
• Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211 for example) certified preferred
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies, whether that is by changing processes and procedures, improving people´s skills or developing better interfaces.
• Provide support to staff across the organisation when necessary
• You´ll provide a responsive and user-focused application development and support service, taking ownership for the resolution of application incidents and problems, and helping people to use their systems effectively.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, specifically Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders; and to develop effective working relationships within a multicultural and cross functional environment
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required
