Your new role

- Create ideas and robust recommendations to our clients on how their vision can become reality through journey maps, moments that matter, and similar artifacts.
- You will design and deliver workshops and discovery sessions to understand client´s needs and goals and KPI´s when it comes to loyalty, CX, and personalised marketing.
- You will have an appreciation of how your suggestions and deliveries both support and strengthen our client´s brand and loyalty positioning.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) delivery team on the art of the possible, componentizing deliveries where possible.
- Working closely with the PM and Account team at the start of a project, you will take a lead with design, idea generation, and capabilities on how SF can allow a unique and different approach to the loyalty program being sold.
- Define managed services packages, health checks, and ongoing maintenance of customer programs to ensure performance for our clients and ongoing services and revenue.
- You will be ambitious and inquisitive with a hands-on attitude.

What you´ll need to succeed


- Degree on Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Electronics, Mechatronics or Software.

What you will bring

- Deep commercial knowledge of SFMC, blended with Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud knowledge providing a distinct advantage.
- We are seeking applicants who have a breadth and depth of experience in creating omnichannel CX, that have been implemented for clients with demonstrable results on a global scale.
- Ideally, you will have worked in an agency or consultancy environment with a Salesforce Practice or a digitally mature business that has chosen Salesforce to drive its Marketing and CX solution.
- A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified practitioner with extensive experience.
- You will have a passion for building and delivering a best-in-class CX solution blended with a balanced pragmatism and an unwavering obligation to question, understand, and define.
- Capable of embedding CX centric services within a company with an international footprint.
- A natural problem-solver who can make recommendations at pace, encouraging growth, development, and inspiring others.
- Self-driven and constantly striving to improve solutions through innovation.
- A high comfort level with ambiguity, able to navigate challenging opinions with ease
- Persuasive communication and inspiring presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex interactions into simplified narratives around customer outcomes
- Capable of cultivating a strong work ethic both independently, as well as collaborating with cross-functional global teams to solve complex problems
