We are looking for a Sales Manager, to work in Barcelona, for a company that brings innovation and inspiration to the world of magazine publishers and consumers by delivering the ultimate digital reading experience on any device.

The company is seeking a key executive SALES MANAGER to help lead a next chapter in the company´s success to build a world class sales organization to market and sell the new services to the magazine industry.

You role:


- Generate new and incremental revenue growth through strategic sales planning and tactical execution of all sales activities to meet budgeted sales targets.
- Articulate the strategic vision of the company and the role of its´ products in delivering value to its customers.
- Maintain and enhance key customer and partner relationships by overseeing the development and implementation of account plans appropriate for each customer.
- Understanding of the systems necessary to organize a sales team to perform at a high level, including a CRM system.
- Organize the sales process efficiently and effectively across existing product sales and reporting, new product sales, technical sales support, and onboarding of customers to new products.
- Assess the market and identify scalable opportunities to add value to clients.
- Development and delivery of metrics to support priorities and measure results.
- Generate effective collateral and other sales tools to support the sales program.


Skills:


- Experience as a visionary sales leader and high performing sales manager ideally with digital publishing technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology products (Saas Platform) and how publishers evaluate technology solutions.
- Exceptional organizational management and team-building skills.
- Experience leading a team.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent in English.
