Perfil del Candidato:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients. As a lot of your daily work will be telephone based, you have an engaging and energetic personality and are able to communicate with your clients with confidence and in a clear and pleasant manner.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a confident, natural communicator who is ambitious, independent and not afraid of working hard to achieve set goals and results.

- Minimum Bachelors’ degree in business, HR or equivalent
- 1 or 2 years’ previous recruitment experience either Agency, Executive Search or In-house
- Strong knowledge of Social Media and new candidates sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills both with candidates and clients
- Culturally aware with an international mind-set
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Fluency in English is essential combined with French, Spanish or German

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultants to join our newly established Barcelona office. You will have the unique opportunity of being involved from the beginning in building up the hub which we plan to be fully operational from September 2016.

- City-centre location - Barcelona

As a Recruitment Consultant you will build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include;

- Writing and posting job ads
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Building strong candidate pipelines, screening, assessing, interviewing and short-listing candidates
- Salary negotiations with candidates & clients
- Supporting Key Account Managers on major client relationship
