• Electronic knowledge. • Mandatory: Knowledge in IPC 610 standard. • Experience in Software and hardware Testing. • Mandatory: High level of English written and conversational (part of the interview will be in English). • Data Analysis and Statistical Inference. • Reporting and communication skills. • Microsoft Office knowledge. • Software and hardware quality control knowledge. • Oriented to results. • Strong customer relations skills.
• Perform quality test to Hardware-software products. • Assisting in Quality Control and Quality Process of our Repair Center Operation in order to achieve the best performance, keep quality policy and improve it. • Analysis of electronic equipment. • Process analysis in order to detect and implement improvements. • Complete and update information in a bug tracking software. • Assist providing technical assistance and service support to providers of Repair Center and Essence Operation Team, Essence Engineering and Customer. • Learn about Essence products. • Teach new resources of Repair Center. • Field/Lab data collection and analysis. • Support in any issue of Repair Center to it success. • Quality Assurance reporting.
Valuable Skills and Certifications:
• IIA, QIAL, CIA • Testing Plan performing of Electronic Devices • Knowledge on RF and IP transportation protocols. • Knowledge in data and log analysis.
