• Set up test environments to mimic real-world scenarios.
• Design and execute functional tests, including unit and regression tests.
• Prepare validation reports.
• Reproduce and prioritize client-reported issues, working with development to fix them.
• Help improve internal processes and document product limitations.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams on product design and user experience.
• Define acceptance criteria to ensure new products meet customer expectations.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Android, and/or iOS.
• Proficient in automation tools (Selenium, Appium); Playwright is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, with strong analytical & communication skills (Spanish is a Plus).

• Comfortable in multi-platform environments (Smart TVs, Consoles, Mobiles, Tablets, Streaming Devices).
