• Manages the project team by escalating any issues on availabilities or competences, organizing and leading acquisition milestones and project reviews.
• Ensures a good communication within his Core team, to the different departments and with sales towards the customer.
• Analyses the OEM RFQ package and all perimeter changes to ensure the alignment of the company response with them.
• Meets OEM to better understand their expectations and supports sales to explain/argue/justify the company positions.
• Makes sure that the customer expectations are met in terms of RFQ timing and RFT.
• Helps to communicate, follows and applies the decisions from the milestones or business committees.
• Challenges the team (cost, quality, planning, hours, investment…)
• Builds the economic analysis & profitability file in line with Division and BU objectives.
• Manages and identifies any deviations (timing, competitiveness, quality …) and takes appropriate actions to realign.
• Identifies with his team the risks and opportunities.

• Gestión de proyectos desde RFQ hasta nominación|Empresa multinacional sector automoción
• Bachelor of Engineering or Science or Business School.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management as PM, project team member, product engineer, industrialization engineer…
• Customer oriented.
• Strong knowledge in project management within the automotive industry.
• Financial knowledge.
• Good command in English, another language would be appreciated (mainly German).
