• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Establish key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
• Run user story mapping and elaboration meetings for the team, document user stories for new features, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of what needs to be done and provide a bridge between stakeholders and the development team
• Ensure that the product backlog is always one step ahead with clear visibility of what is coming up next.
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B / B2C products|Fluency in English is a must
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with B2B / B2C products is desirable.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
• Experience in Fintech or Technology company is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Overall understanding of technologies used in the product.
• Fluency in English is a must
