*Work with other Product Managers, sharing your experience and know how to ensure ffective delivery of our products

*Identify value of changes and measure and report benefits realised, adapting roadmap and backlog accordingly
*Understand the technology market and think innovatively to find the ´next big thing´ to impact your products, reporting to senior leaders on the opportunities, risks and applications

*Define product vision and strategyfor EMEA regionforflagship EMEAproducts

*Experience with building and deploying products across multiple localities, and in environments with users resistant to change

*Good technical knowledge of digital platforms including analytics, databases, cloud technology

*Confidence to run workshops to share knowledge and experience with colleagues from Product team

*Creatively-minded and able to share ideas with colleagues through whatever means necessary (sketching, lo-fi wireframes etc)
