What you will do in your work

Role Overview:

As a AUKI-BOX Functional and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for squads in SCIB area developing new products in new architecture of back office processes.

Who we are looking for

- IT Technical lead of the project
- Responsible of design major technical solutions in a high-level complexity for Back office processes
- Responsible of Accounting / Financial and Settlements squads
- Product owners´ manager using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on technical side
- Leader of cooperation with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions

What we need

- Experience in implementation / migration Back Office (Branch) downstream Systems on SCIB area on GBO/BOX applications
- Functional and business knowledge of Accounting, Financial engine and Settlement processes (Swift, account, camara ...)
- Experience consolidated in maintenance and support BackOffice functionalities E2E
- Business knowledge sufficient to understand all end user issues and needs
- Technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with other technology teams
- Knowledge of Financial markets products focused on derivatives (options, swap, ccs, cap ...)
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools and Agile Methodologies
- Availability for often business trips.

Education:
- Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in Finances, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Spanish and fluent English.

Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under time and task pressure.
- Capability to take on a management role.
- Good communication skills - to work with developers on the one hand and business on the other, ability to explain your opinion and stand your ground when needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability, not being afraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Interest in learning new technologies and in contribution to the Digital transformation.
