Tareas
This role focuses on working with our technological platform, collaborating with the product team to understand its functionalities and key user needs. You will also engage with the development team, assisting in the resolution of technical issues.
Based on your performance, there will be opportunities to progress further in the development team and grow in those areas where you excel the most.

From the product area:

- Requirements / user stories with their use cases / Figma

- Rules to take into account

- User testing

- Handling of ClickUp (request/bug/etc tool)

From the development area:

- Level 1 support

- Troubleshooting user issues on Level 1 platform

Requisitos
You will rock at this role if you have:

- Problem-solving mentality

- Proactivity and autonomy

- Ability to work self-responsible

- Knowledge and/or experience in front end and User Experience

- Fluency in Spanish and English

- Hunger to learn in a fast paced environment
