The mission is to help people save time and money in their household financial decisions. With more than 14 years of experience in the sector, the team is made up of more than 200 people.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep user/customer journey understanding in order to create design solutions that address business and user needs, while being technologically feasible.
• Guide product and UX decisions through research insights. You should be able to identify user research needs, plan and execute research actions, report and share findings of all conducted research with the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to help defining and maintaining our Design System. Willing to learn, contribute and share work that can be reused on a global basis.
• Participate in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to iteration, collaborating closely with product teams. You should feel comfortable leading and facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops, pairing up with other UX colleagues and engineers, etc..
• Expert knowledge in design and development tools. You´re not expected to code, but you´ll need to feel comfortable working with the development team to define together the best.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5+ years of UX design experience
• Strong Visual and Interaction Design skills
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Experience working with web technologies. Experience in a user-oriented digital product company is a plus. Key Competences & skills
• Team player. Professional experience in highly collaborative environments with other UX designers, product owners and engineers
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Good technical understanding of software development, and ability to communicate well with developers.
• Insurtech/Fintech background is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
