As Product Design Lead you will establish the design direction of the firm, build an amazing design team and create impactful product experiences. You will be accountable for:
• Setting a design vision on strategic, tactical and operational levels.
• Building, leading and managing a market-leading small design team
• Leading and taking responsibility for all product designs of the firm´s expanding product portfolio.
• Establishing all phases of customer-centric product design, including discovery, research, prototyping, conceptual design, detailed design specifications and usability testing.
• Establishing strong relationships with product and tech teams and other stakeholders across the organisation.

• Product design strategy experience|Team building and managing experience
• At least 4 years of experience in leading design strategy
• Strong experience in leading and managing a team
• Solid experience in Product design
• Hands-on experience and attitude is a must
• Fluent English is a must
• Previous experience in the Fintech Industry is highly appreciated
• Previous experience in multinational working environment is also considered a plus


The client is a hyper-growth fintech multinational firm.

• Fully remote / Hybrid role (ideally Madrid)
