Process Analyst Manager



Leading multinational company end client is looking for a Process Analyst Manager for their office in Madrid.

The Process Analyst Manager will be part of the Program Business Intelligence Work Stream which is a cross-functional layer that implies acting as a liaison between business and the rest of technical teams.

The main objectives and responsibilities of the position are the following:

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) expertize: Solution owners of the new BI platform (OAC). In order to properly support the functional definition.

Define and adjust on an agile manner during the project the BI/Data strategy by establishing a clear roadmap (based on scope definition, key people and target information structures identification, areas of improvement and implementation method definition).

Business Process Experts (BPEs) close collaboration: In the context of functional definition coverage activity, liaise with BPEs colleagues ensuring adequate coverage of functionalities in the scope of BI activities.

Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) as they will need technical support about the capabilities that Oracle BI platform can provide to the business processes and provide guidance on IT standards.

Oracle Roadmap team close collaboration to ensure cohesiveness and alignment.

Close collaboration with other Global IT teams (ODC, GTC, EA & security) to ensure the optimal future BI landscape (BI architecture).

Change Agents: Facilitate and collaborate with change management activities to define impact on markets based on BI approach evolution.

Work Experience:

Five years holding a functional position with regards to BI implementations / Data warehousing.
Two years of Project Management experience: skilled and experienced on all cycles of the project life time
End user / customer oriented. Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT teams
Experienced on working with outsourced resources
Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry
Cloud implementations and agile methodologies experience is a plus

Functional Skills:

Oracle Analytics Cloud technology knowledge
Cloud implementations and agile methodologies experience is a plus
Communication skills: Ability to influence and shape business demand. Good presentation skills Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with other team members
Capable of working in an multinational environment
Fluent English
