At Civir, we are looking for a Platform Support Engineer to strengthen an established team within an important global digital transformation project for a banking institution.
Tareas
The candidate must have availability to cover on-call rotas to deliver 24x7 incident response and resolution.
Requisitos
- Hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with one week on call every month or month and a half approximately, from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m., where it will be necessary to attend to any calls that may occur with an incident, sporadic and usually easy to solve.
- HAVING AT LEAST 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RABBIT MQ
- HAVING AT LEAST 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS IBM MQ ADMINISTRATOR
- A strong understanding of how applications operate in a distributed, highly available environment.
- Good analytic troubleshooting skilled required diagnose problems and understand workflows.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines at times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with scripting and configuration languages such as Ansible, wsadmin, Python, rundeck, etc.
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD technologies as Jenkins, Git, Github actions, etc.
- Knowledge of IBM Websphere Application Server, Websphere Liberty, IBM Http Server, Weblogic, Tomcat and Rabbit MQ advantageous.
- Experience in containerized environments such as Docker, Openshift, or Kubernete
