• Execute the partner marketing strategy for a select set of Google Cloud partners and support their scaling and integration across the region
• Drive demand (pipeline) through partners via marketing engagement: key activities and programming
• Consult on marketing campaigns, and drive accountability with assigned GTM partners
• Build integrated campaigns where you´ll jointly own and develop overall positioning, messaging, demand generation, customer references, and awareness
• Work to integrate partners into the regional field marketing programming and activities in a thoughtful way
• Develop a strong understanding of partner needs & how to best position Google Cloud products in the market with joint messaging
• Track and measure program success, including services adoption, satisfaction and total partner marketing pipeline impact, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results
• Develop relationships with partners and internal teams: marketing, sales and partner

• We offer a 6 + 3-month project at a leading Digital company|Multi-year experience in B2B technology marketing, partner or field marketing


• Bachelor´s degree in a technical or marketing field, or equivalent practical experience (5-7 years of experience)
• Demonstrable, multi-year experience in B2B technology marketing, partner or field marketing
• Experience with planning, managing, and executing marketing programs and events
• Ability to create effective relationships, internally and externally
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently, Spanish as first language

• Experience working with and executing co-marketing programs with system integrators, ISV, managed services and reseller partners
• Experience with or knowledge base of the Cloud IT market
• Operational excellence and marketing creativity
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

As a Partner Marketing Manager Iberia, you will interact with Google Cloud´s system integrators, ISV, managed services and reseller partners. You will guide, enable, and accelerate GTM partners in our growing partner ecosystem by supporting critical go-to-market initiatives. You will shape strategy for new offerings with partners, develop go-to-market messaging and create assets to help partners learn about the capabilities needed to reach the target audiences, test and optimise new marketing programs, and work with partner management teams to build out an effective and scalable ecosystem.

You will lead our partners into building scalable and profitable demand generation programs, and you will act as their integration point into our regional and field campaigns and programs across the region. You will work on partner to partner strategies and engage on strategic events. In this role, you will develop effective working relationships and interactions with partners, customers, sales leads and other product and marketing groups across Google.
