An important Entreteinment Company is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to reports to: Head of Digital.
Objectives
- Structure, launch, optimize, and report on performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Execute and implement an A/B testing framework.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on multiple platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, etc) for acquisition, activation, and retention and optimize towards defined KPIs
- Launch and operate new channels from scratch such in Meta and Tik Tok.
- Build an audience targeting and retargeting strategy.
- Work with content teams and designers to execute on the available assets and creatives
- Communicate with the design team on new assets and establish a feedback loop to improve new content based on results
- Define and implement the appropriate bidding strategies
- Tracking setup and pixel implementation to ensure accuracy of campaign measurement
- Analyze and report on performance marketing activities to demonstrate campaign impact and alignment to the business´ objectives
- Collaborate with other teams/departments/agencies to execute the business´ marketing strategy
- Collaborate with other teams (Product, BI, Tech) on projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation
Performance metrics
- Conversions, conversion rate (impact of campaign on sales)
- Revenues, average order value (AOV)
- Cost KPIs: customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per thousand (CPM), cost per order (CPO), return on ad spend (ROAS)
- General brand awareness / campaign reach measurements
- Digital marketing KPIs (e.g. reach, amount of clicks)
Work experience
- Strong background in performance marketing with hands on experience on Paid Social Media across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, etc.
- Hands on experience executing campaigns end-to-end (bidding, targeting and audience management)
- Experience with building and maintaining performance reports for deeper analysis of campaigns
- You have tested a variety of ad formats
- Previous exposure to agile ways of working preferred
Education
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent field

— Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
