In Melt Group we are looking for one of our client world leader in digital transformation with offices in more than 20 countries a Oracle DBA with more than 3 years of experiencie to be part of a team experiencied people and highly motivated to challenges. This position is based in Madrid.

Your role.

• You will have a great opportunity to collaborate on a Norwegian project from our International Service Center located in Madrid.
• You will be responsible for OS/DB and applications support activities including maintenance, administration, and second line support.
• Attending training in Norway and weekly meetings with the customer and infrastructure teams.

Your profile.

Main requirements
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies is a must:
• Knowledge of ORACLE : Database General Administration.
• Knowledge of Windows server Administration.
• English: High proficiency (strong verbal and written communication skills)

Desirable requirements:
Knowledge in the following areas will be valuable:
• Backup & Recovery Techniques.
• High Avaliability Architecture (Dataguard, RAC)
• Performance Analysis.
• PL/SQL Programming & Development Team Support.
• PowerShell/Vb Script for Windows Systems.
• Shell scripting for UNIX Systems.
• Strong customer service/focus skills.
• Good understanding of supporting a complex and distributed technical environment.
• Excellent people skills, ability to interact successfully with business, and other technology groups.
• Proven ability to deal with demanding client needs.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
