Primary responsibilities will be to provide Project Management support, onboarding and set up for companies and existing property managers, property management software providers as well as distribution channels and partners. You will also work with the existing software development team in identifying partner related technical problems and any additional project management and support task assigned to you.
Duties and responsibilities will be to:
Work under the Onboarding Manager to register, onboard and launch new clients from 3rd party software platforms. Coordinate and schedule new client training Communicate effectively with clients, sales staff, and fellow onboard team member Complete projects accurately and on schedule Utilize tools provided to track and report project progress
