Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.We are looking for a OM Testing Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the software testing lifecycle. You will lead a team of testers, develop testing strategies and ensure that all software products meet the highest quality standards.

Which are the functions?
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Define the scope and objectives of testing activities, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.
- Identify testing tools and technologies to be used in the project and ensure their effective implementation.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support and mentorship.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough testing of software applications.
- Monitor and track testing progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure that defects are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed documentalista of testing activities, including test plans, test cases and test results.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and risks.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to the development of testing best practices.
- Work closely with business, IT and project management teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and address any concerns.
- Facilitate communication between testing teams and other project teams to ensure seamless integration.

Which are the requirenments?
- English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Experience with various testing types (functional, non-functional, regression, performance, etc.).
- Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and test automation frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and monitoring.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and determine their root causes.
- Strong problemáticamente abilities to address and resolve testing-related challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
