The candidate task will be: *To maintain, service and upgrade the hardware, to service and provide assistance to the users. * To organize the activity and day to day assignments for local SD. * To coach junior support Service Desks members. * Give support to all the departments and all the IT users. * Manage the relationship with 3rd party vendors and suppliers that provide products and services required.
