As a network support engineer, you´ll be responsible for maintaining the systems that allow organisations to function and communicate, both internally and externally, on a daily basis.

You will be working as part of an IT worldwide support team spread in 3 different time zones to give support to all our users.

You will be using a ticketing system platform in order to keep your job organized (Service-Desk Plus)

On your daily basis you will be talking with many different people around the world so good communication skills are important beside the technical know-how.

Skills :

- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of Microsoft W10 / Office 365 / Outlook / Teams / VPNs
- Windows Server 2016 Management
- Active directory Management
- User & licensing Management in O365 environments
- Microsoft ATP Dashboards
- WiFi Management
- Scripting in PS / VBS


- Installing new software
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords. Both on-prem & in O365
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Network maintenance
- Technical support for people using the network
