• Support the network team in the Service Lifecycle Management of Network Services especially on Voice & Video
• ITIL based KPI & SLA operation, implementation and reporting
• Support technical integration activities including M&A
• Manage and provide 2nd/3rd Level Support for Network Services
• Support the compliancy of the Network Services according to client´s regulations
• Management of 3rd party providers
• Management of Network related projects

• University degree in Computer Science
• 5 to 10 years´ experience with proven record in IT Solution Design
• Network & Security experience for 5+ years
• Experience in IT/OT environments
• Solid understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, LAN and systems concepts including standards, topologies, protocols and equipment
