7-10 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, aware of different tooling and monitoring solutions
Good communication, presentation, reporting and leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Excellent skills on technologies: BMC Patrol, EON, CENTREON, ZABBIX
Knowledge on the following technologies is a plus: XORMON, STOR2RDD, SOLMAN, MEMOGUARD, HPE SIM

Tasks
Manage monitoring alerts (creation, update, delete)
Configure monitoring alerts and coordinate with the other teams
Manage user authorization
Installation, maintenance and upgrade of monitoring tools.
Installation of various application plug-ins and modules.
Report extraction and automation
Identify and implement automation opportunities.
incident/problem/change/SR
Manage quality of service deliverables.
