**Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)**

• Deploy the marketing initiatives and communication strategies in the scope of countries
• Design, timely execute and follow a full operational marketing plan
• Own the 360° activation of the brands, including media plans (traditional and digital)
• Deploy the communication campaigns to sales teams with constant and appropriate support (including training)
• Analyze sales and market results vs objectives / propose corrective actions if necessary
• Support the implementation of the company digital strategy in close relationship with corporate digital marketing team and other local team members
• Create / maintain the KOL network supporting the current brands. Ensure perfect compliance with legal framework
• Manage Scientific & commercial shows.
• Manage and develop training with dentist in collaboration with KOL.
• Ensure continuous exchanges, reporting and alignment with corporate teams
• Manage his marketing budget

**Requisitos de experiencia**

• Experience in medical device (consumables) or dental consumables
• 7-10 years experience in a product management position

**Educación**

• Bac +4/+5 including a marketing degree
• Spain Native, Fluent Italian & Fluent English.
• Strong Marketing Skills acquired in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group

**Experiencia**

• 7-10 years experience (minimum) in a product management position
• Experience in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group where marketing orientation is a focus
• Experience: medical device (consumables) or dental consumables
• Experience in operating in an International and matrix structure (solid relation with corporate structure)
• Experience in a multicultural environment
