Role Description

Google Cloud is changing how people compute, not just where. The regional Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness, interest and especially demand about Google Cloud among enterprises, corporates and digital natives. We guide stakeholders (CIO´s, ITDM´s and developers) through seamless customer journeys, fueling market share growth.

You see yourself keeping and growing this momentum. As a professional b-to-b marketer, you drive demand for new business acquisition for Google Cloud, and to a lesser extent, you work on awareness, customer development and user community programs. You´re a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in software or other high-tech (cloud) B2B organisations. You can demonstrate you managed relationships with sales teams and have no issues in getting their buy-in and co-ownership.Responsibilities
• Drive (Enterprise) marketing across the sub-region, including planning, development or adoption from EMEA/Global, and execution of all types of marketing initiatives (events, content, workshops, webinars, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target Greenfield accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales
• Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics to demonstrate marketing programs impact. Define and track key metrics to optimise marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Support budget planning & management in line with sub-regional prioritisation and regional Strategy & Operations deadlines

• We offer a 6-month project in a leading Digital company|Multi-year experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory:
• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent practical experience (7+ years)
• Demonstrable, multi-year experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically, next to Spanish as a first language.



Desired:
• Experience in Enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for large accounts
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
• Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
• Hands-on / precise in execution

Our client is one of the Big Five companies in the American information technology industry that specialises in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware.

Our main objective is to source greenfield pipeline for sales, majority being in enterprise, corporate and digital native companies. We adapt and run centrally developed initiatives and programs and develop our own, in cooperation with sales
