• Marketing budget management.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Development of message mapping and planning to support new product and program launches writing compelling messages that align key business objectives and platforms across all vehicles.
• Manage various prospecting multi-channel campaigns through tools such as LinkedIn, email, and Digital media.
• Create consistency and reinforce critical messages, influencing behavior, and ensure voice of customer through internal and external messaging.
• Drive the standard communication process across the business with a focus on sales communication and messaging.
• Align marketing strategy with US Headquarters.
• Develop materials and sales tools, including presentations, product brochures, videos, graphics, and internet-based sales tools.
• Develop content for website and Linkedin articles to drive new leads in target areas of growth.

• At least 6 years´ experience in senior marketing role with proven track record.
• Education: Bachelor´s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited academic institution. Technical skills will be appreciated.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Team player with strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills to understand the customer needs, both internal and external.
• Results-oriented.
• Multi-language skilled (English and Spanish and preferably any other language).
• International (preferably global) work experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics.
• Working knowledge of internet technology and video/photo editing.
