• Designing and implementing the Group´s marketing plan, which is focused on four strategic pillars:
• Branding
• Communication
• Products and supply
• Demand generation
• Analysing the competition and its actions, market trends, consumer behaviour, etc. in order to design actions that make it possible to anticipate market changes.
• Define segmentation and pricing strategy and politics.
• Establishing solid relationships with suppliers, associations and the media in order to obtain the information needed to optimise marketing strategy design and to improve engagement with target customers.
• Management of the allocated marketing budget.
• Leadership and management of the marketing team.
• Coordination and development of synergy with main stakeholders, including the Business Department, IT Department and Customer Success Department.
• Analysis of the results of the strategies and policies implemented.
• Regularly reporting to the CEO on the performance of professional activities.
• Multinational digital company|Marketing Director
• University degree, ideally in marketing, economics or business.
• Postgraduate studies at a prestigious business school are considered valuable.
• Advanced English. Fluency in other languages is also an advantage.
• Minimum 10-15 years´ total professional experience at leading organisations, demonstrating a stable career path of professional growth.
• Minimum 3 years´ experience in a marketing director or marketing manager position at a B2B services company. Ideally, this includes experience in marketing services directed at a disperse segment of small-and medium-sized target customers with a short sales cycle (1 month) and involving a high degree of interaction. Candidates from digital and/or media companies are eligible.
• Successful experience with digital transformation projects from a marketing viewpoint.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing and allocating budgets.
