MISSION
Build and lead the new marketing team with the main purpose to support our client growth plan for the short and longer term, via the implementation of a clear digital marketing strategy and plan to grow our client brand recognition internationally.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Be the strategic brand expert who drives commercial brand strategy
- Develop and implement the brand strategy and vision translated into short, medium, and long-term business plans, through both Direct and Indirect sales channels
- Execute global marketing strategy translated into local market needs for new and existing products
- Develop digital and physical marketing content, campaigns, and programs (brochures, email newsletter, direct mail collateral, website content, SEO, social marketing, events, blogs, display advertising, etc.)
- Lead SEO efforts to drive organic growth and increase brand awareness
- Collect, share, and discuss local VOC, market dynamics, competitive landscape with the other company functions to support products offering evolution
- Define integrated and multi-channel communication and promotional campaigns in line with proposed strategy
- Define and execute analyses to support products portfolio evolution, optimization and ultimately enhance overall company profitability
- Define pricing & promotional strategy, based on competitive landscape and profitability challenges, working closely with Sales team & Product Managers
- Work hands-on where necessary and collaboratively with others to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE MUST BE:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing management with growing responsibilities, ideally in industrial companies
- University Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing Management. A master´s degree in Marketing will be considered a plus.
- Branding and communication strategy skills, with proven experience of defining and delivering integrated campaigns leveraging on physical and digital tools and channels
- Proven project management and strategic planning abilities together with analytic and data interpretation skill
- Decision making and problem-solving skills, dynamism and sense of initiative
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork, capacity of managing internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Excellent leadership skills and openness to change and to take on more challenges and responsibilities
- Team management skills & cross-functional leadership experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages will be considered a strong plus.
