Edelman is seeking a Manager of Social Media Data to join our team. We are seeking an analytics leader who is passionate about learning, problem-solving, and leveraging data to re-define how businesses and brands interact with their customers.

Responsibilities:
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies to generate insight from data. Includes mid-level statistical modeling and data processing.
• Use scripting language (SQL or similar) to manipulate and process data.
• Effectively distill data into coherent analysis, insights and ultimately actionable recommendations in straight forward and simple language.
• Act as a lead on Q&A of outgoing reports to ensure deliverables meet standards expected by clients and senior leadership.
• Interface directly with Account teams and Clients to design research programs and deliver marketing performance reports and ad hoc research studies.
• Support Senior Staff on day-to-day project operations including but not limited to: project status updates, support on proposal development, project management, and resource planning.
• Support the development of quantitative and qualitative analysis standards and custom analysis models to effectively track marketing performance, trends, and opportunities within all digital channels utilized by our clients.
• Work with internal senior leadership to leverage fact-based insights to optimize strategy and program development, define KPIs for success and implement measurement programs to gauge performance on KPIs.

• Proven experience as a Manager of Social Media Data|Fluent in English (C1/C2)Fluent in English (C1/C2)

Skills and Experience:
• Have 4 or more years of relevant professional experience working within the marketing field.
• Possess a bachelor or graduate degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• An excellent storyteller and data visualizer with experience in Tableau, Datorama, Google Data Studio preferred.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables with various stakeholders.
• Experience with statistical programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Experienced marketing analytics leader with experience hiring, onboarding, and developing talent ideally within an advertising agency, consulting, or other client-services environment.
