Junior AML Analyst

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a talented Junior AML Analyst.

*What You´ll Do*
* Adverse media checks (also known as open source check)
* CDD/EDD documents Requests including but not limited to Medium High risk accounts
* Documents follow up & escalations including but not limited to Medium High risk accounts
* Day-to-day compliance monitoring including managing AML and customer screening as well as PEPs and Sanctions alerts.
* IDs and proof of address verification
* Players’ transactions monitoring
* Players’ betting monitoring
* Identifying and escalating any red flags to Senior AML Analysts to review further and to the MLRO/DMLRO if necessary.
* Any additional tasks related to operations which management may deem necessary

*What We´re Looking For*
* Eager to learn and broaden understanding on AML, KYC, CDD/EDD, SOW/SOW, PEPs and Sanctions subjects.
* Excellent communication skills are essential; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in written, in English.
* Strives to overachieve targets and management expectations whilst ensuring all aspects of performance are achieved professionally & in line with license & regulation requirements.

* Extremely attentive to details.
* Organized, independent, able to manage time and workload ensuring all deadlines are met on time
* Good knowledge working with the following Microsoft products: PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Sharpoint / Onedrive / Monday.com (considered an asset not a requirement).

* Very flexible to change in focus or priority to accommodate the Company’s vision & requirements
* Have a strong grasp of internal policies & procedures

* Have Responsible Gaming as a core value & compliance
* Passion or strong interest in compliance.
* Willing to work on a shift basis including public holidays & weekends
* Previous administrative experience considered an asset
