As part of the Solutions team, you will play a key role in the management of customer issues such as bugs, customisations and new features extending the Marfeel product.



If you are passionate about JavaScript and love the challenge and satisfaction of solving technical issues, then we are looking for you!



What you will do:

Find solutions to technical issues in order to keep our clients smiling.
Work on customisations and modifications of parameters of the Marfeel platform to adapt its behaviour to the customer.
Extend additional aspects of the Marfeel product, eg. adding new providers, metrics or adapting client widgets.
Be the first level reference point in alarms management.
Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve technical questions.
Maintain and support customers to ensure a smooth service.
Coordinate with other teams to determine shared objectives and work out different approaches to address tasks efficiently and effectively.

You have experience troubleshooting technical issues for external clients.
You feel you have a goal when you try to find solutions to technical problems and enjoy the satisfaction of helping a client.
