We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of an international cybersecurity company.

Must have:
• Cisco certifications or equivalents (CCNA, CCNP).
• Microsoft certifications or equivalents (MCP, MCSE).
• Linux System Administrator certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2).
• Other relevant security certifications (CISM, CEH, SANS).
-Vendor´s certifications.
At least 4 years on a similar position
• Prior demonstrated experience in team leadership, employee development and interpersonal communication.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional, articulate manner.
• Excellent skills in developing processes and procedures for Client & In-house team.
• Prior experience in project management methodologies.
• Ability to develop clear, concise documentation.
• A clear passion and enthusiasm about cyber security.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• 3+ year of technical (IT) exposure in an operational environment.
• A good understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a keen willingness to learn new technology and to train on new skills.
• Solid foundation in networking protocols and network architecture.
• Technical knowledge and experience working in Windows and Linux environments, as well as Cloud networking.
• ICS devices management and administration.
• Technical knowledge in IPSEC and/or VPN solutions.
• Technical knowledge and experience in Administration and operation of perimeter security devices (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, UTMs, VPN concentrators, Proxies, Content filtering, network antivirus and anti-spam).
-Technical knowledge in cybersecurity solutions.
- English, Valuable Italian
- Should travel if required

• Coordinate the Provision Team, including supervision, scheduling, professional development and discipline.
• Train and develop Provision Team professionals. Evaluate technical and non-technical skills of the team and ensure there is an appropriate level of expertise.
• Design, implement and enforce the policies, procedures and best practices for the Provision team.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day activities, including supervising and overseeing installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment in customer’s site.
• Support the technical provision team.
• Coordinate customer installations with technical presales, NOC and SOC managers.
• Design, implement and enforce upgrading and maintenance plans in client, in coordination with Provision Manager.
• Ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance with customers.
• Ensure the quality of the service provided by the technical team.
• Reporting and documenting all work performed at the customer’s site.
• Assets and Inventory management deployed in customers.
• Maximizing the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and proactive, preventative maintenance.
• Traveling to various sites and walking the end user through processes if needed.
• Complete monthly status reports.
Participate in global and cross-company projects, if required.
