- Informatics Education (FP Superior, Informatics Degree, etc).

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar profile (Helpdesk, On-site support, Technical Support, etc).

- Experience with Microsoft (Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, O365, etc).

- Experience with ITSM tools.

- Experience resolving incidents of Level 1 & 2.

- Advanced knowledge in network tools (VoIp, Lan/Wan, switch, etc).

- Customer-oriented, dynamic and team-player.

- Have significant background in international environment

- Fluent in English and Spanish. French will be a plus.

We are looking for a Technical Support with good knowledge of wintel solutions.

Description

Report to the IT Manager, the candidate will be responsible of:

* Resolve incidents L1 & L2 at the offices (Spain, Portugal & North Africa) with ITSM tool.
* Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
* Maintenance and configuration servers, hardware, applications, mobiles and Local networks.
* Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
* Managing the procurement of IT products and the stock.
