**Tasks**

- Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
- Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
- Explain product benefits and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/products and solutions
- Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
- Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills

**Requirements**

- Bachelor´s degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
- Very good communication skills
- Native level of Czech
- Full professional level of English
