Requirements:
• Expert in troubleshooting, PC/laptop configuration
• Ability to configure tablets, mobile phones, IP phones
• Experience in managing Windows Server and Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of networking (switch and router configuration)
• Knowledge of the IT and telecommunication services in the local market
• Good level of English
• Strong customer focus
• Service oriented attitude
• Desire to learn
• Able to work in an international team

Nice to have:
• Driving license
• Experience in call center technologies
