We are looking for an IT Software Asset Management Analyst to address one big international player of the travel sector with representation in Spain (Madrid).

Key Responsibilities:

As the IT Software Asset Management Analyst, you´ll be responsible for ensuring operational follow-up, software compliance and optimization of the software portfolio in scope (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, and a few others).

The candidate should be able to present:

-University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
-At least 3 years in managing IT software compliance projects and operational support.
-Demonstrated knowledge of software asset management and software contract management.
-Extensive experience using Flexera´s Flex Net Management Suite (FNMS) for SW compliance follow-up ; Power BI and IBM Cognos for reporting.
-Experience managing software audits, true-ups, renewals, etc...
-Knowledge of procurement and financial management principles.
-Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
-Be able to work in an English environnement (B2 level).
-CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) and CAMP (Certified Asset Manager Professional) certifications.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Responsible, autonomous and dynamic person.
