Job Description:

As an IT Security Operation specialist, this service will be accountable to improve and maintain the security level of the Hosting Platforms. To achieve this mission, you will:

• Follow operating system patch campaigns to ensure a good and constant execution of the update processes.

• Manage the Security Exception requests approval for Hosting (SEM).

• Follow Antivirus updates and upgrades and advice subcontractors troubleshooting any dysfunction.

• Follow Security tools deployment like Splunk, EDR, Qualys, Sysmon.

• Implement remediation plan following global Qualys report

• Participate on the CyberArk onboarding process when new application and/or infrastructure must be onboarded.

• Backup the Security Product Manager on basics tasks on the Hosting Security applications like CyberArk and VDI Bastion.

• Participate of documentation and process building for the Administration bastion (CyberArk and VDI)

• Propose continuous improvement

Agile for Project Management, Program / Project Portfolio Control, Product/Service Planning

• Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support

• Experience with data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery options, configuration and execution
