• Collect requirements and understand the context of the project.
• Define the stakeholders involved.
• Define and agree on the project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Complete a project charter to serve as an executive summary.
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
• Create a project plan, reflecting objectives, with agreed milestone dates.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and IT team members to deliver tasks.
• Keep logs of, monitor, and report on any risks, issues and changes.
• Track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Maintain and report on agreed timelines and budget.

• Internataional company.|Located in Barcelona.
• Minimum 7 years´ experience in IT (preferably with networking experience).
• Minimum 2 years´ experience in IT project management.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Qualification / certificate in the field of Project Management.
• Experience in contact center environment beneficial.
