Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) Scheduling
Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Ability to write technical support documentation
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours/Shifts/weekends when needed
Initiative and Team player
Excellent customer interface skills
Good interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
Ability to work under pressure
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

- 3d/week in client office in Madrid, Carrera San Jeronimo*
- Experience as per seniority: junior<4y, professional 4-8y, senior 9y+
- Agile/SAFe
