IT Manager (Western Europe) - Barcelona

ROLE:
In alignment with the group’s strategy, the IT manager will ensure the optimization and performance of the IT systems and networks across the Western Europe regions.

MISSIONS CLES:
· Coordination with the UK headquarters for the implementation of the group’s IT strategy:
- Participation in project management across the Western Europe regions
- Change management and participation in CAB approvals
- Incident management and follow up with the business teams
- Estate governance across the regions including audit and centralized provisioning
- IT expense reporting for the regions including invoice approval
- Implementation of group policies and standards

· Governance of end user support across the Western Europe regions:
- Management of the IT Helpdesk, Spain, France and Belgium, ensuring quality of service
- Management of local teams (four IT administrators, two in Spain, one in France and one in Belgium)
- Communication of all infrastructure and application changes with the business teams
- Incident and service request management using the group’s ITSM tool and ensuring respect of SLA

· Administration and maintenance of local installations:
- Relationship management with different providers
- Desktop and server management
- Application management
- Telephone systems management (PBX, IP phones and mobiles)
- Network installations and links
- Organisation of PCA tests

Bonne compréhension du rôle, des missions et des procédures, forte autonomie et suivi des résultats (Très forte autonomie, prise de décision du point de vue opérationnel et de l’exécution des tâches)
